Dollar Made Media Text Kane

Home base

Web design in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tulsa is where I live and where most of my work is. The 2020 census counted 413,066 people inside the city limits, the metro is past a million, and Tulsa County alone holds 19,556 employer businesses plus about 63,000 one-person operations. Nearly every one of them gets found, or skipped, on a phone screen.

I'm Kane Dollar. Dollar Made Media is a one-person studio, so the person you text is the person who writes the words and the code. A one-page site is $597 flat. A five-page business site starts at $997 flat. Hosting is free and in your name, and a standard build goes live 3 days after you approve the scope.

Tulsa buys neighborhood by neighborhood.

Midtown and downtown

Brookside, Cherry Street, the Blue Dome District, and Kendall-Whittier run on walk-ins, but the walk-in already checked your hours, your menu, and your reviews from the car. Tulsa Remote has moved more than 4,000 remote workers here since 2018, and each one arrived with no barber, no mechanic, and no favorite taco spot. They pick all three from a phone. If what Google shows for your name is a Facebook page last touched in 2023, they keep scrolling.

South Tulsa and the trades

From 71st and Memorial out to Tulsa Hills, nobody walks anywhere. Roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, remodelers, lawn crews, and detailers win or lose in the map results, and after a hailstorm those same results fill up with out-of-state crews. A site that shows your state registration, your insurance, and photos of jobs you actually did is how a local company beats a truck with Texas plates.

  • Your Google Business Profile, Search Console, and sitemap live in accounts you own, so you keep them if you ever leave
  • A page for each suburb you work, like the ones I built for Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, and Bixby
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set up in your own accounts, so you see which page brought the call and the exact spot where visitors stop scrolling
  • Structured data so ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity can name your business when someone asks who to call in Tulsa

What a website costs in Tulsa.

The Tulsa agencies I checked in October 2026 quote $3,500 to $6,500 for a five-page business site, usually with a monthly hosting or care fee attached. Mine are flat, hosting is free, and the two most common jobs can be paid for right here, in full or over time.

One-page website

$597 flat

One page, up to six content blocks, copy written from your Google and Facebook listings, your photos, a lead form that lands on your phone, and a Maps embed. Live in 3 days. You pay before the build starts, in full or on a Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay plan, and the $597 counts toward a full build inside 90 days.

Business website

From $997 flat

Five pages, lead form, tap to call, Google Business Profile and Search Console in your name. Most five-page sites land between $997 and $1,500. Add booking or online ordering and it runs $1,500 to $3,000, quoted flat after the free look. $500 to start, the rest when it goes live, and the $500 counts toward the quote. Need it in 48 hours? Add $500.

Website fix

$347

Already have a site? One agreed problem, fixed inside 48 hours of payment: a broken form, a page that will not load on a phone, a hacked WordPress install, a Google listing pointing at the wrong place. Not fixed in 48 hours, the $347 comes back.

Bigger scopes

From $2,997

Online stores with Stripe checkout, booking systems, and multi-city builds. You get the flat number and the real date before you pay anything.

Site care is optional, from $150 a month, and covers updates, content changes, a monthly read of your numbers, and a watch on the site. Google Business Profile setup on its own is $297. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or bank transfer, or split it over time at checkout with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay.

14 days to love it

If you don't love the site within 14 days of launch, you get your money back and it comes down. Three revision rounds on every build. The full wording is in the refund policy.

Three days, text to live.

  1. 1

    Text me your business name.

Same day, you get the free look: how fast your current site loads, what Google shows when someone types your name, and where customers give up. Numbers, no meeting, no pitch after.

  2. 2

Approve a flat quote in writing.

$597 in full for one page, or $500 to start a business site. Send your photos, your logo if you have one, and a link to your Google or Facebook listing. About ten minutes of texting.

  3. 3

Live in 3 days, in your name.

The domain, the hosting account, the Google accounts, and the code are all yours from the first day. You watch the build on a preview link, and the 14 days start the day it goes live.

Tulsa work, and work from farther away.

Five of the nine builds on this site are Tulsa businesses. Casablanca Barber Co. got a custom booking system that replaced $300 a month of software, about $3,600 a year back in the owner's pocket. Granite Planet, a countertop installer, got real project photos and a quote request flow. Prime Top Roofing put its licensing and insurance on the front page, right where a nervous homeowner looks first.

The two I get asked about most are farther away. Be Legendary Academy in Oklahoma City, run by Sweet Lou Dunbar II of the Harlem Globetrotters, takes bookings and Stripe payments on a site I built. Mosaic Roofing in Atlanta, built in April 2026, landed a bid on an $800,000 home within 24 hours of launch, and the build audited 949 of 1000 on Search Atlas.

All nine are on the home page, with screenshots.

On Google

5.0 1 review

One review so far, five stars, from a client whose site launched in April. I would rather show you the real count than a wall of stars from nowhere.

Questions Tulsa owners ask.

Do you meet in person in Tulsa?

Yes. I live here, and I've sat down with clients at their shop and over coffee. Most builds still run by text because it's faster for both of us, and you watch every change on a preview link.

Will my site rank for Tulsa searches?

I set up everything that gives it the best shot: Google Business Profile, Search Console, a sitemap, schema markup, and a page for each suburb you serve. I don't promise a ranking or a number of leads, and anyone who does is guessing. Mosaic's 24-hour result is real, not a guarantee of yours.

What do Tulsa web designers charge?

The local agencies I checked in October 2026 quote $3,500 to $6,500 for a five-page business site, often with a monthly fee attached. Mine is $597 for one page or from $997 for five, flat, with free hosting in your name.

I'm in Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, or Bixby. Same deal?

Same prices, same 3 days. Each town has its own page here: Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby. I build suburb pages like them for clients who work across the metro.

Is hosting really free?

Yes. Cloudflare hosts the site in an account that belongs to you, and Cloudflare's price for that is $0. You pay your registrar about $12 a year for the domain, and that's the whole bill.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. At checkout you can pick Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay and split the $597 or the $500 deposit into four payments or monthly ones. I'm paid in full the same day, the plan is between you and them, and the price is the same either way. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and bank transfer still work too.

Can I see what visitors actually do?

Yes. Every build ships with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity in your own accounts. Analytics counts the calls, texts, and form sends by page. Clarity records heatmaps and scroll depth, so you can see the exact spot where people stop reading. Both are free, and reading them for you each month is part of site care.

What if I already have a site?

Send me the link. The free look tells you whether it needs a $347 fix or a rebuild, with the numbers behind the answer. Redesigns keep your Google rankings; I redirect every old address to the new one.

Send me your business name. I'll show you what Tulsa sees.

One text. The same day you get back your load time, what Google shows for your name, and where customers give up, with the numbers behind each one. Free, and nothing to sit through.
