Refund policy.

1. The guarantee

Every website build, one-page or full, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Launch is the day the site goes live on your domain. If, inside those 14 days, you decide you do not want it, you tell me and I refund everything you paid me for the build, deposit included.

I will ask what is wrong, because most of the time it is a fix, and you still have your three revision rounds. You do not have to accept a fix. If you want the refund, you get the refund.

2. What happens after a refund

• The money goes back to the card or bank account you paid with, through Stripe, within 5 business days of your request. Banks can take another 5 to 10 days to show it.
• The site comes down. I remove the build from hosting and keep the design and code. You keep your domain, your photos, your text, and every account in your name.
• Nothing else is owed, either direction.

3. Before launch

• Cancel before I have started: full refund of whatever you paid.
• Cancel after I have started, before launch: you choose. Walk away and the deposit covers the work already done, or take the finished build live and the 14-day guarantee covers you in full, deposit included.
• Unpaid balance: the finished build waits on a preview link for 30 days. Pick it up later for the same balance.

4. Fixed-price services

• Website fix, $347: if the agreed problem is not fixed within 48 hours of payment, full refund.
• Google Business Profile setup, $297, and Meta ad account setup, $347: full refund if I cannot get the profile or account set up and handed to you working. Verification decisions belong to Google and Meta, and if they refuse, you still get your money back.
• Oklahoma LLC reinstatement, $199 plus state fees: the $199 is refunded if the filing is not accepted for a reason on my side. State fees go to the Oklahoma Secretary of State at cost and cannot be refunded once filed.
• Video editing: if the first edit is not usable, I redo it once at no charge or refund it. Your call.

5. Site care plans

Cancel any time by text or email. The plan ends at the close of the month you already paid for. No refund for the current month, no charge for the next. Your site stays up, because hosting is in your name.

6. Not refundable

• Costs I paid other companies on your behalf at cost: domain registration, state filing fees, stock photo licenses, paid plugins.
• Anything after the 14-day window.
• Site care months already used.
• Extra scope you approved and I delivered.

7. Chargebacks

Ask me before you call your bank. I answer within a day and I pay the refunds I owe. A chargeback on money I have already offered to refund costs us both time and fees, and I will contest it with the record of that offer.
